TF related interpro False Positives #204

so all of the False positives to transcription factor are generated by htese 2 families

Stripping the mappings from these will effect a lot of entries, I've consulted a bit wider (as you will have seen by now) or where to go.

Dan Barrell has agreed to suppress the signatures causing the problems within the interPro entries, when making the InterPro2GO file. True hits should still get the annotation from other signatures within the entry, false positivies only hit by the dodgy signature will not.
