Matrix: DNA replication / nucleocytoplasmic transport & mRNA metabolism (THO complex) #2517

There are quite a few annotations to DNA replication and nucleocytoplasmic transport. Most of these are derived from the THO complex which is involved in transcription and export. If you mutate the THO complex it causes massive genome instability. Replication progression shows. Ths is because of collisions etc. Its a pathological consequence of mutating THO and not a normal process. It is described nicely in the first paragraph of this C. elegans paper:

From the annotations/publications I inspected, I'm convinced that these shouldn't be annotated to "DNA replication" or "replication fork processing.

THOC1 | THO complex subunit 1 |   | replication fork processing |   | UniProt | Homo sapiens | IMP |   | tho complex subunit 1 pthr13265 | protein |   | PMID:22144908 | 20131107

THOC1 | THO complex subunit 1 |   | negative regulation of DNA damage checkpoint |   | UniProt | Homo sapiens | IMP |   | tho complex subunit 1 pthr13265 | protein |   | PMID:22144908 | 20131107

am including recombination annotations here for the same reason, although I didn't check these yet

ALYREF | THO complex subunit 4 |   | regulation of DNA recombination |   | UniProt | Homo sapiens | IMP |   | rna and export factor binding protein pthr19965 | protein |   | PMID:22144908 | 20131107
