PTN000147049 SUPT3H not transcription factor TFIID complex #2564

TRANSCRIPTION INITIATION FACTOR TFIID/SUPT3-RELATED (PTHR11380) seems to be a TAF-like subunit of a SAGA-type acetyltransferase complex. PMID:9726987.

transcription factor TFIID complex DNA binding are derived from TAF13 TFIID subunits: Q15543 P11747 P61216

and

transcription coregulator activity regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II from SPT3 SAGA subunits: P06844 O14311

So, Spt3 FBgn0037981 in D.mel has IBAs for TFIID-type activities. Screenshot 2019-07-22 at 18 54 12

As do Spt3 orthologs in other species: e.g. SPCC61.02, SGD:S000002800,
