IDA
Annotations to GO:0046982 (protein heterodimerization activity) and evidence code ECO:0000314 (IDA)
Issue: Need manual review to change to 'protein binding' (GO:0005515) with appropriate interaction id or accession in the With/From field:
UniProt - 145 CAFA - 18 MGI - 18 (none are to mouse proteins) AgBase - 12 FlyBase - 10 BHF-UCL - 8 HGNC -3 dictyBase - 3 EcoCyc - 2 RGD - 2 SGN - 2 TAIR - 2 ZFIN - 1
IMP
Annotations to GO:0046982 (protein heterodimerization activity) and evidence code ECO:0000315 (IMP)
Issue: Need manual review to see if the annotations refer to the wild-type function and if a corresponding experimental annotation to the wild-type protein exists
CAFA - 17 UniProt - 10
TAS
Annotations to GO:0046982 (protein heterodimerization activity) and evidence code ECO:0000304 (TAS)
Action: remove; if possible, check for or add corresponding experimental annotation
UniProt - 9 FlyBase - 5 ARUK-UCL - 4 GeneDB - 4 @uliboehme ParkinsonsUK-UCL - 4 AgBase - 2 HGNC - 1
NAS
Annotations to GO:0046982 (protein heterodimerization activity) and evidence code ECO:0000303 (NAS)
Action: remove; if possible, check for or add corresponding experimental annotation
ParkinsonsUK-UCL - 8 UniProt - 7 FlyBase - 4 ARUK-UCL - 2 Zfin - 2 GeneDB - 4 TAIR - 1
RGD done. Signed in, but unable to edit spreadsheet. Edit access (which I thought I had) rerequested.
RGD changes recorded. Thanks Kimberly.
Thanks @gthayman !
GeneDB/Plasmodium done. I was unable to edit the spreadsheet. The UniProt IDs listed in the spreadsheet are the same as the GeneDB IDs (PF3D7_0524000, PF3D7_0812400). Those 2 genes have been changed in the annotation database.
@uliboehme We should add you to the GO Google drive. Can you email go-hepldesk help-at-eneontology.org with the email you would like to use for this ?
Thanks, Pascale
Thanks @uliboehme I updated the spreadsheet for now, but yes, please let us know what email you'd like to use for access to the GO's Google drive.
Dicty is done, thanks!
MGI done
The two EcoCyc annotations were removed some months ago. I don't have edit permission for the spreadsheet; could someone note the change?
FB done
@ebakker2 Can you please review the three TAIR annotations (see above)? Thanks.
HGNC-UCL and BHF-UCL annotations all removed
Hi @vanaukenk I am not able to edit the spreadsheet. You will have received a request to edit from my gmail account. Thanks, Barbara
CAFA and UniProt-EBI annotation have been checked and actions recorded in the spreadsheet. There are still SWIS and SWIP annotations left that have been marked with a purple and light orange tag, respectively. Thanks, Penelope
ParkinsonsUK-UCL done: 5 changed and 7 removed.
ARUK-UCL done. All changed. cc @RLovering
Continuing on with review of the 'x-merization activity' terms, here are the annotations that need review for 'protein heterodimerization activity' (GO:0046982).
Reviews are organized below according to evidence code, with recommendations in the spreadsheet here:

Any questions, please add a comment to the ticket.
Please remember to mark the spreadsheet when you're done, so we can calculate accurate metrics for review efforts for the grant.
Thank you!
