This node is currently associated with both "cysteine-type endopeptidase activity" as well as "metalloendopeptidase activity".

The "metalloendopeptidase" term originates from an SGD annotation to Q03530, and is consistent with this protein (and orthologs) being in the MEROPS metallopeptidase family M79.

The cysteine-type term comes from a WormBase annotation to G5EEP3 (fce-2) from PMID: 12487630. The discussion of that paper says "CeFACE-2 activity is resistant to metal chelators and sensitive to Tos-Phe-CH5Cl and NEM, which would be compatible with this enzyme being a cysteine protease, as previously proposed for yeast Rce1p [27]. Additional studies will be required to obtain a definitive conclusion on this issue, since it has been suggested that the proteins of this family display structural features characteristic of metalloproteases [8,29]."

So WB (@vanaukenk ) may want to review that annotation, but either way, I don't think the "cysteine-type endopeptidase activity" should be propagated via the PAINT node.
