MGI:101838 TBP not cis-regulatory region binding #3382

Hello,

Mouse TBP is annotated to GO:0000978 | RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding. It should be annotated to GO:0000979 RNA polymerase II core promoter sequence-specific DNA binding.
