IPR006662 Thioredoxin-related Please remove mapping to 'GO:0009055 electron carrier activity '. It laready has 'oxidoreductase'.

This appears to already have mappings to electron carrier activity, protein disulphide isomerase nd cell redox homeostasis:?

However, I'm not sure it should. Some other families (Pfam OST3/OST6 family members) pick up this mapping and there is no evidence that there are thioredoxins although they contain a thioredoxin fold.

....although actually this may be correct becasue the current EC mapping doesn't seem to be supported......

I'll monito this and see what Sandra thinks....

Actually, it shouldn't have oxidoreductase either. Both terms removed - I've left "cell redox homeostasis" for now.
