The proposal has been made to obsolete the precomposed terms under GO:0046019 regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II]). Few terms are left ; this next list focuses on terms precomposed with yeast mating behavior:

• GO:0046020 negative regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter by pheromones

SGD ones have been addressed. the 3 yeast annotations left are from ComplexPortal and i don't have editing rights in P2GO for those.
