Continuing the work on https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/23424 (Membrane terms obsoletion: integral component of membrane), annotations to the 'extrinsic component of membrane' terms & children need to be reviewed, as we cannot be sure whether the paper showed that the gene was in the membrane or peripheral to the membrane.
The few annotations I have reviewed suggest the latter, so I have annotated to 'located in x' and 'colocalizes with x external/internal side of the membrane'.
