I think it looks ok
PMID: 15126500 We suggest that YIH1 resides in a YIH1-actin complex and may be released for inhibition of GCN2 and stimulation of protein synthesis under specialized conditions or in a restricted cellular compartment in which YIH1 is displaced from monomeric actin.
PMID: 21239490 Actin binding required Yih1 residues 68-258, encompassing part of the RWD and the C-terminal "ancient domain"; however, residues Asp-102 and Glu-106 in helix3 of the RWD were essential for Gcn1 binding and Gcn2 inhibition but dispensable for actin binding......Our results support a role for Yih1 in a cross-talk between the cytoskeleton and translation.
PMID: 34096057 The D56A substitution may impair the actin-Yih1 interaction, directly or indirectly, thereby increasing the amount of Yih1 available to inhibit Gcn2.
hmm, OK
I don't see any evidence for this GO:0003779 | actin binding | IEA with KW-0009 | GO_REF:0000043
@Antonialock this is IMPACT, (gcn1 ininbitor), do yu see any evidence for this (probably part of the crapome, actin binds everything)
