RSC and elongation #4538

Since later papers than those used to make theses annotations https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30683752/ describe a role in initiation and elongation, I wondered if elongation is approprioate here.

@colinlog do you have any views on this, is RSC directly involved in remodelling during elongation, or is this due to effects on initiation/termination?
