THO complex and Trex complex affect GO:0006283,transcription-coupled nucleotide-excision repair (and global genome repair) e.g.

but is this a downstream effect/phenotype due to the fact that the stalled polymerase is not processed correctly in these mutants?
Would we annotate these to "DNA repair" (I'm not sure, but I'm getting function predictions based on other annotations).
