allow slashes in ID local part
change relation list to SHOULD
allow other properties but require values of known properties to match grammar in table

In the Annotation Property description, @suzialeksander and I are wondering about the interpretation of the column 'Allowed usages per annotation'; how are value greater than 1 represented; can we have examples?

for example, if there are 2 contributors, how is that listed?

Is that consistent with the comment on the top "All properties are single valued as shown."? Can we clarify that statement? (it made sense when you explained it, and when you go away it doesn't).

You can use contributor-id 0 or more times on a given line in column 12. Each contributor-id has a single ORCID value. Single-valued meaning the grammar doesn't provide a way to join multiple values using |. Instead you use the property multiple times.

Managers decision: do not allow other properties, if another property is desired it needs to be proposed by that group.
