This node is annotated with 'lipase activity' based on annotations to Mycobacterium tuberculosis & Aspergillus fumigatus, and is then propagated to proteins including fly 'Kynurenine formamidase', which is not known to be a lipase. Can you check whether the 'lipase activity' annotation should be restricted to species more closely related to Mycobacterium & Aspergillus?

The topology of this tree is quite weird. It shows many duplication and horizontal transfer events . Probably has to be improved. I would believe the MF for A. fumigatus, but there are 2 different related genes evolving from recent duplication. So, yes, I've highly restricted the annotation of lipase activity..
