UniProt UniRule (ID and label):

GO:0000466 maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) IEA with UR000107549 GO_REF:0000104 43 GO:0000463 maturation of LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) IEA with UR000107549

Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name):

Description of issue

I don't see these annotation on any orthologs of SPAC890.04c? Q9URY0)

e.g. https://www.yeastgenome.org/locus/S000005798#go

This might be a synchronization issue?

@pedruzzi Since this rule was created by SIB, could we revise the propagated GO:0000466 and GO:0000463?

This is probably OK since the human ortholog has these 2 annotations. However, the terms are a bit strange because they are used to indicate blocks at specific points. Probably a safer annotation for transfer would be just ribosome biogenesis. The terms were devised by SGD and most of the work on the pathway is done in S. cerevisiae the SGD ortholog does not have this annotation.
