note that quite a few of these human annotations are questionable : https://www.uniprot.org/uniprotkb/Q6NXT6/entry because this is a conserved ER protein, probably anything secreted is affected

Actually it isn't really clear where this protein is located or what it is doing. All annotations seem to be quite speculative. The SGD ER folding annotation is from a HTP GI screen, this doesn't seem strong enough for a GO annotation
