Annotations to retracted publications #5150

Dear all,

We are adding a new QC check that identifies annotations to retracted publications, and will filter these annotations.

I can't find that publication in PomBAse. What is the annotation?

I see its GO:0031048, I can't find that annotation for clr4, or the publication?

OK ignore, it must be removed, although I don't remember doing that recently.

@vanaukenk Should we bring this up on an annotation call ? I dont see any reason not to implement this as a filter as soon as possible.

WB annotations were removed about a year ago. We are probably dealing with file availability and release timing issues.
