5 months ago I removed the offending annotation. We add the new annotation rapidly, since we need to wait for the release (GO, PAINT, GO again) to get the new annotations into PAINT.

Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name): Human RTCB and orthologs.

These should be 'RNA ligase (GTP) activity' (GO:0170057) - see https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/27418 I've disputed these, so they should be changed and available for PAINT some time soon.
