Two-component regulatory system is a new keyword in this entry which has been mapped to the GO ID GO:0000160 two-component signal transduction system (phosphorelay).
Val - I've just worked out whats happening. You need to switch to using beta.uniprot.org (or http://www.expasy.ch/). The old UniProt site is not being updated regularly with new UniProt releases (I know, its a strange situation) - so when you look at O14066, you are seeing the entry version last changed on the 11-SEP-2007, whereas the beta/expasy sites are showing the most recent version - with the extra keywords attached.

Hi Emily,
I reilise these are new keywords, and not visible in http://www.ebi.uniprot.org
but for this entry, this keyword is not applicable.

For this one, it isn't a 2 component signal transducer. I can't add anything else becasue we don't knopw much about this protein. It contains an EF hand and an ENTH domain. Neither of these correlates with 2 component signal transducer.

O14066 is mapping to two-component signal transduction system (phosphorelay)
I can't work out the basis for this one.
