The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0002169 3-methylcrotonyl-CoA carboxylase complex, mitochondrial see https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/28023 (move to GO:1905202 methylcrotonoyl-CoA carboxylase complex)

This term will be obsolete in the next release, both annotations have been addressed.

Just leaving open until the term obsoletion is in release
