PTN000209009 #5414

S. pombe has 8 amino acid transporter family members annotated to gamma-aminobutyric acid transmembrane transporter which seems unlikely. (especially since by most methods TPO5 and HNM1 are as closely related)

There also seems to be overannotation of processes too here:

It seems unlikely that SPAC11D3.08c transports ALL

- GO:0015812 gamma-aminobutyric acid transport IBA with locus:2038811 , S000002369 , PTN000209009 , CAL0000188952 , Q5B918 GO_REF:0000033 8
- GO:0015718 monocarboxylic acid transport IBA with PTN000209009 , S000002369 , locus:2038811 , CAL0000188952

and S000002369 does not seem to be annotated to all of them. These are not going to be fun!
