If all annotations are readouts, should term be obsoleted?
I did wonder about that, but I don't think so. All annotations for this paper were readouts (because the assay can identify anything from the proteins required for the processing events entering the secretory pathway onwards, but there are genes that are involved more directly in "vacuolar protein processing". Most of the remaining annotations are to the protease, but there will be other GPs which affect this process more directly by activating the protease etc.
Both are readouts, have been removed from SGD

Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name):
Type of Issue: Erroneous source or erroneous propagation, or other issue
Add the label 'high priority' if needed. Generally high priority issues affect a lot of proteins, and annotations are incorrect (as opposed to just imprecise).
