The proposal has been made to obsolete the following terms:

@Antonialock From this sentence in PMID:8797820

Thus, the rescue of nuclear localization of Myf5 by the SV40 NLS suggests that I-mfa sequesters myogenic regulatory factors in the cytoplasm through direct protein interaction which masks the NLS of these factors.

I would say this is negative regulation of some signaling pathway?
