I have 2 mappings to isomerase, neither of which appear to be isomerases

i) O42958 Topoisomerase associated protein (Predicted).

and ii) Q8NIL3 enhancer of RNA-mediated gene silencing

the mapping needs to be removed if it is allowed for ** associated proteins, otherwisse the keyword needs to be removed from i)

for ii) I'm not sure where it comes from....

For i) O42958 - automatic annotation group at UniProt have bereen notified about this incorrect KW in the TrEMBL entry.

For ii) Here, I think the KW 'Isomerase' is correct to be included in the Swiss-Prot entry by the Swiss-Prot policy as this protein has the relevant 'Phenazine biosynthesis PhzC/PhzF protein' InterPro hits, active site is conserved and it is similar to bacterial proteins where the isomerase function is experimental. I've though updated the entry to make it clearer that the KW is there by similarity, not experimental. (Kati)
