Hi,
We've noticed that this item is still open, even though it's over six months old. Has the issue been resolved (forgetting to close out the item), or is there still work to do on it?
Thanks!

There are a number of interpro domains ampping to cell wall processes from higher eukaryotes
I'm not sure whaich specific child terms they are attached to, but I'm seeing them annotated to the term
"cell wall organization or biogenesis" in a slim
They include IPR002152 IPR018392 IPR002482 IPR000974
