Hi,
This is a problem with the graph rather than the rule. The only_in_taxon link is from cellular process to cellular organisms, and methylation is a descendent of cellular process. What needs to happen here is that we need a generic methylation term and a child cellular methylation. Only the cellular methylation term would have cellular process as an ancestor.
So in other words the rule is right, but the ontology is wrong. I will get back to this soon to do the edits.

This is fixed now. I removed the cellular process cellular organisms rule.
