no wnt pathway in yeast no insulin-like growth factor receptor signalloing in yeast no regulation of insulin receptor signaling pathway in yeast

probably no protein kinase B signaling cascade (not sure what this is but not aware of protein kinase B)

no evidence for involvement of tsc2 in regulation of cell cycle despite many screens

Note:

  1. signalling is one of the processes where it will frequently make little sense to make annotation transfers because even if the molecules are conserved, the specific pathways and processes which are regulated will not be.

  2. You can probable devise a set of generic high level processes which can be mapped, and some activities, but little more

  3. the first 4 here should be caught by the taxon filter, so if the taxon filters do not exist they should be added.

  4. If PAINT isnot using taxon filters as a consistency check this should be added.
