This mapping is back, unfortunately there are 2 closely related proteins (or 3 depending on ribosomal protein copy number). It is very difficult to split them, but one copy (called rpl7-like) is involved in ribosome biogenesis and the others are cytosolic ribosome.

Thanks for that. I removed GO:0022625 and added GO:0003723. The changes will be available in InterPro 100.0.
