The proposal has been made to obsolete

• GO:0044072 | suppression of host cell cycle progression 1 CACAO annotation
• GO:0019055 perturbation by virus of host cell cycle regulation 0 annotations
• GO:0046792 'suppression by virus of host cell cycle arrest' 1 UniProt NAS, changed

& replace by parent GO:0044071 symbiont-mediated perturbation of host cell cycle progression

The reason for obsoletion is that we are replacing the 'by virus' terms with for their equivalent 'symbiont' terms. You can comment on the ticket: https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/26692
