Obsoletion notice: GO:0039503 suppression by virus of host innate immune response #667

Dear all,

The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0039503 suppression by virus of host innate immune response. The reason for obsoletion is that we are simplifying the symbiont-host interaction branch. This term will be replaced by the more general GO:0052170 symbiont-mediated suppression of host innate immune response.

There are 25 annotations to this term, 23 by UniProt that will be automatically replaced, and 2 by CACAO, see https://github.com/geneontology/go-annotation/issues/4951

There is also one InterPro mapping, and 4HAMAP/UniRule mapping. Finally there is one UniProt KW mapping.
