The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0008457 beta-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminylgalactosylglucosyl-ceramide beta-1,3-acetylglucosaminyltransferase activity
The reason for obsoletion is that this represents the same function as GO:0008532 'N-acetyllactosaminide beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase activity, as they both map to the same EC https://enzyme.expasy.org/EC/2.4.1.149 and 'beta-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminylgalactosylglucosyl-ceramide beta-1,3- acetylglucosaminyltransferase' is a synonym for 'N-acetyllactosaminide beta-1,3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase' in EC.
There was a single annotation by UniProt (fixed). This term is not in any subsets; all mappings are redundant between the two terms.
