The proposal has been made to obsolete GO:0015398 high-affinity secondary active ammonium transmembrane transporter activity and GO:0015400 low-affinity secondary active ammonium transmembrane transporter activity and replace by the parent GO:0008519. The reason for obsoletion is that these terms have been use incorrectly to annotate ammonium channels. The terms will be replaced by the parent, GO:0008519 ammonium transmembrane transporter activity, which is being renamed ammonium channel activity.
Annotations have been reviewed. These terms are not present in any subsets or mappings.
