Create ansible/terraform deployment for go-fastapi

have a robust and reproducible SOP for deployment via ansible and terraform. Abdou created a great and robust SOP and I’ve walked through it twice now rewriting for my clarity and ability to support it. (It’s quite different than the simple, hand built EC2 instance + docker that I set up originally). I think we’re quite close here. Abdou is working on a redirect from the host name to host name plus “/docs” path in the new setup, so we can forgo the splash page.

This is currently in the stage of finding bugs or pain points in the devops by running through the docs. Once this is complete, we will go live, but may continue exercising the docs.
