this PR merges in the GO-CAM api endpoints as documented in this swagger interface: https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/geneontology/gosparql/2.2

per dev conversation on 3/23/23 - merge this in when tests pass, this is non-breaking (it adds endpoints), but does add support for GO-CAM query endpoints not currently supported by api.geneontology.org/api
