Follow the instructions under provision/production/PRODUCTION_PROVISION_README.md

Features:

aws provisioning
apache proxy with support for ssl. The cert is downloaded from s3 bucket cert store
apache proxy with support for pushing apache logs to s3 bucket
docker-compose healthchecks and automatic restart

Hi Sierra,

For production, we will need to communicate to you the following: go-fastapi terraform workspace s3 bucket apache logs workspace s3 bucket the ssl certificates. We have wild certs for geneontology.org the ssh keys

For testing we really just need an s3 bucket for terraform state and we can keep ssl off ... I recommend we wait for @kltm to create the buckets ...
