Using existing vpc and python tool from pypi. #26

  1. using version 2 of https://github.com/geneontology/devops-aws-go-instance.git?ref=V2.0 which points to existing vpc go-prodcution
  2. using https://pypi.org/project/go-deploy/0.1.0/
  3. Tested deploying internal go-graphstore.
  4. Tested deploying production.

Now we are using python script to deploy and pointing to existing vpc ....
