in particular, traversal from uberon

TBD: do as partial DL query (owlet), sparql property paths, or RDFox tbox-in-abox

Can you describe a little more how you obtain inferred taxon constraints?

As this is a query rather than a test it's easier - follow existential graph til a taxon relation is hit

But for Paul's student an obograph Json of go plus may be fine
