Added:
3-demethylubiquinone-n 3-O-methyltransferase activity ; GO:0061542 3-demethylubiquinone-6 3-O-methyltransferase activity ; GO:0061543
Moved EC# to the generic term and rearranged graph accordingly.

Hi,
We currently have a molecular function term for 3-demethylubiquinone-9 3-O-methyltransferase activity (GO:0008689) that looks like it is rat-specific. From this information on the EC number entry, it looks like this enzyme has substrates with varying numbers of prenyl units, depending on species.

The definition that EC uses is generic and would be the equivalent of "3-demethylubiquinone-n 3-O-methyltransferase activity".
Could we have this generic term added as a parent for the existing GO:0008689, and then a cerevisiae specific term added as a sibling (3-demethylubiquinone-6 3-O-methyltransferase activity)? Other organisms probably need other specific function terms, but the only one I know anything about is the S. cerevisiae one!
Thanks,
-Dianna
