1. A2RE (HNRNPA2B1 response element) binding as a child of GO:0003730; sequence:GCCAAGGAGCC; located at 3' UTR; involved in mRNA transport. For review:PMID:15601257
2. Sorting of microRNAs in exosomes; or microRNA transport as a child of GO:0050658; PUBMED:24356509

For the first one, PomBase would do this with an annotation extension occurs_at(SO:xxxxxxx) because the element is a sequence feature Val

Yes I agree with Val, I would do 1. as an annotation extension - so it would be GO:0003730 occurs_at SO:xxxxxx. This would be a bit specific

I think you can do that in QuickGO - is that okay?
