Odd defs

Hi,

There are some odd definitions which don't exist in the ontologies, for instance:

term: peptidoglycan-protein cross-linking via L-threonyl-pentaglycyl-murein goid: GO:0042902 definition: The process of linking a protein to peptidoglycan via a carboxy terminal threonine carboxyl group through a pentaglycyl peptide to the lysine or diaminopilmelic acid of the peptidoglycan. definition_reference: RESID:AA0345

term: xanthine transport goid: GO:0042906 definition: The directed movement of xanthine into, out of, within or between cells. Xanthine (2,6-dihydroxypurine) is a purine formed in the metabolic breakdown of guanine, but is not present in nucleic acids. definition_reference: GO:jl

Any ideas?

I think these terms must have got lost because I can't see them in the process ontology, although according to the log file, they should be there. Will investigate and let you know...

There was some CVS trouble with the process ontology which led to some terms getting deleted; they've now been restored, so the above defs should have terms to go with them now!
