Added, with def and refs requested, as a subclass of 'hydro-lyase activity'. This is by analogy with 'cystathionine beta-synthase activity', which is classified as hyrolyase activity according to EC (http://www.chem.qmul.ac.uk/iubmb/enzyme/EC4/2/1/22.html). Please let me know if this is not appropriate or if some other parent class would be more appropriate.
