The first set of terms could probably be GO-CAM models, and be obsoleted. ZFIN has 1 annotation to each of the first two terms; other terms are not used:

@pgaudet It looks like I can re-house this annotation using a GO-CAM model using the GO term "symmetric cell division: (GO:0098725) and creating relationship to "radial glial cell" and forebrain. I will assign this case to me so it is on my radar of things to do. I'll let you know when it is done (probably tomorrow)
