All the literature I find about transcriptional attenuation (GO:0031564) and anti-termination (GO:0031564) indicate that this only occurs in bacteria and in some viruses (including the literature cross-references in the different terms).
This also affect GO:0001072 transcription antitermination factor activity, RNA binding
and GO:0001073 transcription antitermination factor activity, DNA binding
A taxon constraint 'never in Eukaroytes' should be added.
