The organelle positioning term (will require others) would have a def along the lines :

determination of the spatial arrangement of organelle within the cell

nucleus inheritance would alsio have the parent microtubule-based movement (provided this is a microtubule based movement in all eukaryotes, I'm assuming so? but mitochondrial movement is microtubule-dependent in S. pombe but not in S. cerevisiae)
