Following up on #12362

I fixed receptor and cargo receptors, and now the receptor metabolic/catabolic/biosynthetic process terms must be addressed to split signaling receptors and cargo receptors.

I will work on a proposal - more on this later.

(these are just notes for now) WRT GO:0043112 receptor catabolic process:

@thomaspd proposes to have this as a MF 'regulator activity' : something like 'molecular function regulator activity via cell-surface protein degradation' (and similarly for internalization, ubiquitination, etc)
That would be under 'protein tagging activity'
