  1. Add synonym MVB

  2. currently 0005764 lysosome 0005771 multivesicular body

but from

http://www.biology.utah.edu/faculty2.php?inum=97 "the topological problem of degrading plasma membrane proteins in the lumen of the lysosome is solved in the formation of endosomal structures called 'multivesicular bodies' (MVBs). MVBs are part of the endosomal system of eukaryotic cells and are formed by invagination and budding of vesicles from the limiting membrane of endosomes into the lumen of the compartment. During this process only endosomal transmembrane proteins destined for degradation are sorted into the forming vesicles and eventually delivered to the lysosome"

and from PMID: 11566881 Yeast endosomes, like those in animal cells, invaginate their membranes to form internal vesicles. The resulting multivesicular bodies fuse with the vacuole, the lysosome equivalent, delivering the internal vesicles for degradation.

so wouldn't 'late endosome' be a more appropriate parent?
