retrofitting sensu defs #1547

I am making this page as a central list of which sensu terms have been retrofitted with the new standard definitions.

I have done Gnetophyta, diptera, metazoa and Dictyosteliida so far.

Viridiplantae done. Trachaeophyta, nematoda, mammalia, magnoliophyta, amphibia also done.

I have done everything except Invertebrata now and Invertebrata is on another sourceforge item so I'll close this now.
