Action item from the NYC 2018 GOC meeting.

We need to figure out the priority and resources for this work.

Some examples in my experience since I recently dealt with papers of DNA repair

This MF is involved: GO:1990404 protein ADP-ribosylase activity and children the BP below is a function-process that should possibly be obsoleted: GO:0006471 protein ADP-ribosylation Needs to be looked at all children with auto ribosylation etc, but should all be MF only.

Also, the processes GO:0006302 double-strand break repair and children and GO:0000729 DNA double-strand break processing The refs are clearer but between these terms I put the latter into extensions and the former into primary annotation in P2GO and I wonder now why.
