Hello,

'GO:0090079 translation regulator activity, nucleic acid binding' has a single protein annotated, SGD DHH1. http://amigo.geneontology.org/amigo/gene_product/SGD:S000002319

Since it's a repressor, it would be fine to merge it into: 'GO:0030371 translation repressor activity'
