Question about RNA pol I transcription factor complexes #18956

I changed the label and removed the logical definition in this ticket #19313 GO:0000120 RNA polymerase I transcription factor complex -> RNA polymerase I transcription regulator complex ** Remove LD: 'protein-containing complex' and ('capable of' some 'regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I')

I think that takes care of this one.

RNA polymerase I core factor complex (GO:0070860) is_a GO:0000120 so this becomes a "RNA polymerase I transcription regulator complex" but these are GTFs. Is that OK?
